Vlad awaits your ruler inside the Fiend Tower, located between Highland Kingdom and Palemoon Kingdom. Once you have beaten him, he will ask you to do him a favour (he wants to take part in in the rescue of his fiancee Sierra). Accept and fullfill his request, otherwise Vlad will disappear forever and you will loose a good fighter.
