Cher (All Kingdoms)
Cher is one of those spirit using generals having no allegiance to any kingdom, empire, or nation in Legendra in the beginning.
There are two possible ways to get her under your command:
1. Use Search during Domestic Mode and 2. Capture her while
attacking or defending castles, villages, or countrysides.
Profession: Spirit User
Start Troops: Mages 
Magic:  Wind Dancer
 Summon Wyvern
 Dark Vortex
Formation: Protect
Intelligence: 64 (Once presented a book: 70)
