Mileen is allied with Talon, so you have to beat Talon first before she
joins Goldarks forces. She, together with her sister Erin, lives in the
castle Ginan located in the region of the Fandarian Empire.
Mileen can be recruited by any other ruler nonetheless. Besides,
she should be donated with awards to prevent deserting.
